Welcome to NeuroDesk. These Terms govern your use of our SaaS platform and services. By subscribing, accessing, or using NeuroDesk, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Services”: The NeuroDesk SaaS platform, features, and related services.

“User”: Any individual or business accessing NeuroDesk.

“Subscriber”: A paying customer with an active plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

You must provide accurate and complete registration details.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Payments

Fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout.

Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.

Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

5. Cancellations & Termination

To cancel, you must email [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Access remains until the end of the paid billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.

Upload malicious code, spam, or interfere with system integrity.

Resell or sublicense NeuroDesk without written permission.

Abuse email/SMS campaigns (spamming, misleading content).

7. Intellectual Property

NeuroDesk and all related content, logos, and software remain our property.

Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during their subscription.

8. Service Availability & SLA

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9. Data Ownership

You own your customer and business data.

By using NeuroDesk, you grant us a license to process and store data solely to provide services.

10. Limitation of Liability

NeuroDesk is provided “as is.”

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of NeuroDesk means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
