Who We Are.

NeuroDesk was built by people who didn’t just study the trades from a distance. We lived in it, worked beside it, and still stay tied to it through the partners and contractors we support every day. We know the pace. We know the headaches. We know that most “software companies” have no idea what a real job site looks like… and it shows.

Our founder spent over a decade in the IT world working at an enterprise level. Not the “I fixed Karen’s printer” type. We’re talking oil and gas, food and beverage, alcohol and gaming, government, law enforcement, casinos, banking, national brands, multi-site networks, and full MSP operations across Canada and the US.

That experience created a huge advantage: the ability to build complex backend systems with ease, understand how real infrastructure works, and spot inefficiencies before they blow up. Pair that with hands-on marketing work and growing multiple businesses, and suddenly the missing link becomes obvious.
